Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting ATHHLETICAA as soon as possible after placing the order.

A cancellation request can only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation requests are subject to the actual status of the order at the time the request is received.

How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, please contact us using the details provided below.

Please provide:

• Order ID.
• Name used while placing the order.
• Registered phone number or email address.
• Reason for cancellation, if applicable.

We will review the order status and confirm whether the cancellation request can be processed.

Orders Already Processed or Dispatched

If an order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

In such cases, the order will continue through the normal delivery process.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery for an eligible replacement in accordance with our Replacement Policy.

Cancellation Confirmation

If your cancellation request is accepted, we will confirm the cancellation through the contact details provided with the order.

If the cancellation cannot be accepted because the order has already been processed or dispatched, we will inform you accordingly.

Payment and Eligible Cancellation

For an eligible cancellation of an order that has not been processed or dispatched, any applicable payment handling will be addressed according to the payment method and applicable order terms.

ATHHLETICAA does not guarantee that a cancellation request can be accepted after order processing or dispatch.

Replacement and Warranty

Cancellation is separate from the 7-day Replacement Policy and the 12-month Warranty Policy.

If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact ATHHLETICAA within 7 days of delivery so that the request can be reviewed under the Replacement Policy.

All ATHHLETICAA products are covered by a 12-month warranty against eligible manufacturing defects, subject to the terms of the Warranty Policy.

Shipping

ATHHLETICAA provides free shipping across India.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, and estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.
