These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ATHHLETICAA website, mobile application, products, and related services ("Platform").
ATHHLETICAA is a brand owned and operated by HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("ATHHLETICAA", "HB Gadget", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility to Use
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform and place orders through ATHHLETICAA.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian laws.
2. Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, password, and other login information confidential. You are also responsible for activities carried out through your account.
ATHHLETICAA and HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your account information secure.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about our products, including product descriptions, images, specifications, features, availability, and pricing.
Minor differences in product color, appearance, packaging, or design may occur due to product batches, manufacturing updates, photography, lighting, or screen settings.
ATHHLETICAA reserves the right to correct genuine errors or update product information when required.
4. Pricing and Payments
All product prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable taxes, charges, or other applicable costs will be displayed during the checkout process, where applicable.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. ATHHLETICAA and HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. do not store your complete payment card or payment credentials on their own systems.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order on the Platform does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.
ATHHLETICAA reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order where necessary, including in situations such as:
• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment processing issues
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Duplicate or incorrectly placed orders
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable payment reversal or refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the cancellation and the applicable payment process.
6. Shipping and Delivery
ATHHLETICAA provides free shipping across India.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information while placing an order.
7. Replacement Policy
ATHHLETICAA follows a 7-day replacement policy for eligible products.
Eligible replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product inspection and the applicable Replacement Policy.
Depending on the product and issue, customers may be required to provide the product, accessories, packaging, order details, photographs, videos, or other information required for verification.
The product should be returned for inspection through the replacement process where required.
Replacement eligibility may depend on the nature of the issue and the condition of the product.

8. Product Warranty
All ATHHLETICAA products come with a 12-month warranty against eligible manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
The 12-month warranty applies to ATHHLETICAA products purchased through authorized sales channels and does not necessarily cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or other conditions excluded under the applicable warranty terms.
Customers may be required to provide valid order or purchase information when making a warranty claim.
9. Product Use and Health Information
ATHHLETICAA products are designed for fitness and wellness monitoring and everyday lifestyle use.
Information provided by ATHHLETICAA products and the ATHHLETICAA App is intended to provide wellness and fitness insights and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or certified medical equipment.
Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns or decisions relating to their health.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ATHHLETICAA and HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
